Global CO2 levels are the highest on record despite all of the measures and cuts through the last decades but remarkably we are still here and coastal cities continue to be inhabited. Some emergency. Bawwwwk. Europe freezes with Russia leading a full 10C+ drop in the last week from -40C to -52C, yes that is below zero. Otherworldly snowscapes pelt Romania and Austria.

Global CO2 levels have reached new record values despite all efforts. For the last 30 years, we have been told to stop CO2, the existential threat, but if you look at all the main sources of CO2 like North America and Europe, why can’t we not talk about Asia, or chastise India?
Global annual total emissions have decreased for fossil fuels, yet we still see disruptions in the climate system, this is why I connect these disruptions to a natural Grand Solar Minimum cycle even if others disagree.
Looking at the CO2 concentrations across the planet, ship traffic emissions can be seen between continents, represented by the blue color.
Like I said, Asia far exceeds anything in Europe or Asia, but we do not talk about or chastise them or talk about reducing emerging economy CO2 emissions. As long as you have carbon offset credits, even if you contribute CO2 in the atmosphere, it is all good. It must not be that much of a threat, because you can do it in another place, then buy to offset in a different continent, so dangerous.
As for the US concentrations, if it is such a threat why do we still have global commerce with bits of junk shipped across the oceans on a never-ending streams of boats?
In addition, airline travel is not prohibited, as we had the most flights in human history through 2019. We have not even limited private jets yet. This should be the first thing to go, but nobody is talking about restrictions.

Meanwhile, on the subject of weather anomalies, Russia is unusually cold at this time of the year. They had 5 days in a row of -40 degrees Celsius below zero temperatures in earl autumn 2019 for the third year in a row.
That has since increased to -53 degree Celsius below zero, unusual early temperatures. Pinks on the map is registering -40 degree Celsius below zero.
The chart shows minimum temperatures across Russia. The top most on the right list is at -52.1 degree-Celsius below zero, which is chilly, and not even December yet to have these types of temperatures. Even the Russian media was talking about how strange and bitterly cold these types of temperatures this early in the year.
Then because of the displaced air mass, a sudden stratospheric warming event happened. The image below is a view of cooler and drier air mass moving off the Arctic region, over northern UK, the North Sea continuing a push to South Germany, Sweden and Norway.
A cold outbreak following through with a direction slamming central Europe. Arctic temperatures extended all the way down to Italy, missed that in the main stream media.
In the meantime, Syn sent me this image showing 1:00 P.M. ground temperature in Fife Scotland.
Temperature readings are far different than what the mainstream media is putting out. His readings are below zero, while the mainstream media is reporting 4°C, which is a gigantic difference. These questionable temperatures are being published over the last weeks, months and years to justify global record temperatures in the hottest year ever for a global carbon tax.
Speaking of unusual formations, look at this contoured snow in Austria. It almost looks like you are at the beach underwater with currents creating different ripples in the sand.
Two more photos taken in November 25th, this is called Hard Rime, otherwise known as concrete snow in Romania.
Hard Rime also in Batna, Algeria with all-time record snowfall the Medicane landing, blasting wind and semi moist snow. That is really far south for Hard Rime.
Perhaps solar cycles are affecting our weather on this planet. We are at a low bottom of the 11-year Solar Cycle. The Sun has been quiet and it seems that temperatures are reflecting this. The same was seen in the 1970s during low solar activity, low sunspot numbers for the entire cycle were followed by extreme cold temperatures. Blizzards in Buffalo and extreme cold during the late 1970s. It looks like we are going to repeat something like that again.
When it is stretched out into the Grand Solar Minimum, and we descend solar cycle after solar cycle, we will see something that we have not seen in several centuries. So, are these heat, cold, snow, or rain records breaking multi century marks that we have seen in 2019-2020 connected?
